I am responsible for the promotion of direct lithium extraction technology from hydromineral resources (AXIONIT DLE) in the Oil & Gas and Mining industries. My aim is to assist customers in identifying opportunities to implement DLE and maximize the benefits of this technology.

Global role in Marketing with responsibilities: to search new solutions and ideas for Linings sales, coaching and communication with local sales teams, to provide to Product Management and R&D customers feedbacks, developing some international projects.
Head of department responses for sales development in the projects and key accounts.
- Business and Sales Development of anticorrosion coatings in Oil & Gas, Mining, Civil Construction and Marine sectors
Sales development of carbon fiber materials in EU and Asia (S. Korea and China) Reach the sales plan annual targets Develop internal sales support system (contracts, quotes, invoices, technical support, etc)
Sales developing of fluoroplast coating fabrics, fluoropolymer films and tapes: - Sales expendables – average money turnover increasing in 20% per year - Technical support for customers – products samples, presentations, consultations Prepare monthly sales report and every half year forecast for European and US Marketing offices Support during shipments from different plants of company (US, Ireland, Germany, Poland) to Russian customers
