Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
My focus is patent litigation, with first hand experience in the UPC, the German infringement courts, the Federal Patent Court, the European and German PTO. As an attorney at law and European Patent Attorney (trained as a physicist) I am also a registered representative before the Unified Patent Court and ardently devoted to the new court systems, bringing about so many new strategic options.
I am specializing in patent infringement actions and in patent validity actions before the German Federal Patent Court and the European Patent Office. Being qualified as both a lawyer and a European Patent Attorney, my main focus is on matters of high technical complexity in the areas of telecommunications, mobile communications, pharma, chemistry, biotech, solid state physics, computer hard and software, optical devices and general mechanics.
