    Earthmoving Division: Outbound Distribution and Equipment Processing Centers Team - Developed the North American distribution strategy for the Large Asphalt Paver AP655 machine. Researched machine sales distribution over the last five years, front vs rear screed take rates, mapped dealer distribution by district, calculated freight charges (ocean and inland), determined the Equipment Processing Center (EPC) for value-add work, and optimized delivery to the dealers at the lowest cost. - Led an initiative to exhaust Finished-to-Order kits moving to non-current status. Presented solution recovering 98% of $107,000 in inventory value by coordinating with departments to sell kits back to the parts network. - Coordinated rework of 80 Fusion quick couplers to new ANSI part number. Managed ordering of films, tags, serial plates, tracked materials from suppliers to EPCs, and provided standard work to complete rework. Recovered $150,000 in parts sales post-rework. - Traveled to Houston to assist in setting up a new EPC for Lane 1 machines, piloting Motor Grader builds.
