Large Power System Divisions Lafayette Engine Center Material Requirements Planning Team - Served as the primary liaison to ≈30 suppliers, managing over $12M in annual spend and 260+ unique POs, to ensure part on-time delivery, resolve supply issues, and maintain continuous material flow. - Coordinated cross-functionally with Lafayette Engine Center (LEC) manufacturing, inventory, quality teams and vendors to ensure part availability and facilitate engine production.
Earthmoving Division: Outbound Distribution and Equipment Processing Centers Team - Developed the North American distribution strategy for the Large Asphalt Paver AP655 machine. Researched machine sales distribution over the last five years, front vs rear screed take rates, mapped dealer distribution by district, calculated freight charges (ocean and inland), determined the Equipment Processing Center (EPC) for value-add work, and optimized delivery to the dealers at the lowest cost. - Led an initiative to exhaust Finished-to-Order kits moving to non-current status. Presented solution recovering 98% of $107,000 in inventory value by coordinating with departments to sell kits back to the parts network. - Coordinated rework of 80 Fusion quick couplers to new ANSI part number. Managed ordering of films, tags, serial plates, tracked materials from suppliers to EPCs, and provided standard work to complete rework. Recovered $150,000 in parts sales post-rework. - Traveled to Houston to assist in setting up a new EPC for Lane 1 machines, piloting Motor Grader builds. Documented build issues, developed interim and permanent corrective actions (ICA/PCA), and presented a report to the extended team. Coordinated with PG, EPC, and manufacturing teams for process improvements. - Gained proficiency in Salesforce, eViz, Mach1, and Power BI for data analysis and project management
The UNC Clef Hangers are the premiere a cappella group at UNC. In the position, I serve as the official partner to the University with the General Alumni Association and coordinated performances at graduation, athletic events, Board of Trustee meetings, etc. I coordinate all payments payment, logistics, and conduct all client communications for non-school affiliated, paid performances. Additionally, I determine pricing, communicate with venues, arrange venue seating, & draft contracts with independent businesses for lights, sounds, etc. The position is on the executive committee elected by the group.
Attended all Committee on Small Business hearings, mark-ups, and briefings. Organized and compiled relevant information for the Congressman. Handled constituent relations and drafted policy responses. Led tour groups of constituents from the Representative's district.
