Project leader for child restraint systems from concept phase to established marketability / Responsible for structuring, budgeting and scheduling of projects in adherence with defined goals / Structuring the projects into work packages and ensuring their allocation to the responsible persons in the company and their compliance / Ongoing coordination, especially with product development, project management and controlling as well as suppliers and other external partners / Regular project status compensation and analysis (in terms of time, content and costs) as well as notification of deviations to the heads of the departments and initiation of counter-measures / Accompany and monitor the production start-up phase in factory (North and South China)
