- Drive strategic growth across MENA and actively develop and execute the expansion strategy. - Perform market research and analyze local retail trends and needs. - Develop the company strategy and targets into specific actions and business plans to maximize the profitability. - Manage all existing and new client relationships/ key accounts. - Track and measure financial goals, budgets and commercial metrics using KPIs.
- A highly client facing role, liaising with property developers, hospitality companies, retailers, global design and architectural firms. - Responsible for own P&L and marketing Studio N’s brand name across the region as a dynamic architectural lighting design studio. - Negotiating design contracts with key stakeholders and overseeing the full project management from design stage till execution. - Actively drive and develop the strategy for the Middle East region in line with a strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve KPI’s and stated business goals. - Build, manage and lead a team to ensure that agreed milestones are measured and to enable sustainable growth.
- Developing solid working relationships with Designers, Architects, ID, Lighting Designers etc. - Preparing Annual Business / Marketing Plans and monitoring closely the profitability. - Business development and launch of the brand Belux (Switzerland) since 2016 part of KREON. - Identification and evaluation of potential projects and distribution channels. - Project management from design stage till execution. - Participating in international events, trade shows, exhibitions. - Organising customer events, workshops & company presentations. - Coordinating the Sales & Marketing activities with the HQ in Belgium - Monitoring the budgets, revenues and sales targets
- Maintaining the companies partner network, local key-accounts and distribution channels - Overseeing the full project operation from design stage till the execution of the project - Processing company presentations, events and workshops - Sales of Wever & Ducré Lighting (Belgium- since 2012 in XAL group) - Visiting and supporting local Lighting Designers, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors - Identifying potential new business opportunities, projects and accounts - Coordinating the implementation of customised luminaires with the Product Managers - Strategic planning and selling - Significant travel in the Middle East Region (Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE, Egypt) - Developing and keeping a proven projects pipeline
