I work as an Assistant Coach for the Under 16’s Camberwell Sharks Football Team. My responsibilities in this role include: - Organising 2 x 1.5 hour trainings a week. - Ensuring that all 40 players and their parents are aware of the details of trainings and game day at the start of the week. - Adapting to different plans and football strategies on game day. - Catering to the team needs as well as the individual needs of all the players and their own development
I worked at McDonald’s for a number of years including 2 years as a Crew Trainer. My responsibilities over the 2 years in this role included: Being able to know and teach crew how to: - Take orders on our kiosks, front counter machines and in drive through. Including the McDonald’s “Ask, Ask, Tell” ordering procedure - Clean the dining area, change bins as well as clean the working stations. - Read orders and prepare food, fries, drinks and desserts accordingly. Ensuring the proper sanitary procedures were being used whilst preparing the food. - Handle cash and eftpos transactions, including refunds.
