I am a dedicated Network and Infrastructure Professional combining an analytical engineering background with comprehensive, hands-on IT support and troubleshooting experience. Currently, I serve as an Onsite Helpdesk Technician for a multinational organization. In this role, I take ownership of the IT and AV experience, collaborating with local and remote teams to deliver a proactive, efficient, and high-performing IT support environment. Key Responsibilities & Expertise: .User & Device Support: Providing hands-on setup and troubleshooting for a diverse hardware environment, including Windows 11, macOS, Android, iOS, and various peripherals. .Workspace Maintenance: Proactively identifying issues and maintaining workstations, meeting rooms, and collaboration spaces to ensure operational consistency and minimal disruption to productivity. .Asset Management: Overseeing IT and AV assets accurately utilizing enterprise asset management software, managing lifecycle processes, conducting regular audits, and maintaining hardware stock levels. .Responsive Service: Acting as a primary onsite IT contact during office hours to deliver dependable support that aligns with agreed SLAs and business expectations. My practical experience is supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, a Cisco CCNA certification, and credentials in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Whether I am managing complex asset lifecycles or diagnosing network and hardware issues, my ultimate goal is to implement robust, permanent IT solutions that empower teams and maintain seamless day-to-day operations.

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for our clients • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools • Proactively and on own initiative ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with your team to implement those fixes • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems • Provide support to clients • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution • Attend to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities in Malta & Gozo • Keep UpToDate on technologies and new certifications on own initiative • Assist in other tasks as directed by the Management
