Commercial management of the Data center construction project.
I was responsible for commercial management of the civil contractors on the project, including valuation of the payment applications, change management, agreeing final accounts, remeasure of the steel beams etc.
I was seconded for this position by Driver Project Services. I was assigned to provide assistance for data digging for preparation of the claim on the project.
