About

Some words about me and my motivation: What matters to me is the joy things bring. I believe that any goal can be achieved if one really wants it. I love new and demanding challenges. Up until now in my professional career and my university studies I have had to show a high level of self-motivation, commitment and flexibility. Being self-employed has increased the importance of my entrepreneurial qualities. My decisions are determined by continuous reflection, by adapting strategies and actions to results and influences. Many stays abroad have taught me to work independently and autonomously. Communicating with employees at different levels and from different cultures as well as showing occupational mobility comes to me naturally. At the same time, I very much cherish exchanging knowledge as part of a team. Major elements of my work attitude are perception while dealing with customers and employees and an interest in lifelong learning.
