Experienced Engineering Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & Gas energy industry. Strong engineering professional skilled in Gas Turbines, Compressors, Gas, Petroleum, Energy, and Turbomachinery.
• Provide Leadership and direction to a team of regional engineers to ensure issue resolution on Gas & Steam Turbines, Compressors, Expanders, Control System and Auxiliaries interfacing with Services, Sales, Systems Eng and Design COE. • In charge of team resource planning, development needs and training. • Plan & develop technical and management process to improve team and customer productivity through FastWorks or 6-Sigma methodology. • Support the team to liaise with customers either on or off site as necessary.
• In addition to Senior Controlled Title added the Qatar Petroleum Tech Account responsibility becoming Customer and HQ focal point for RCA investigations and CA implementations. • Responsible to implement the Edison program in O&G MENAT and to manage the Application Engineering program from GGO.
• Promoted to Senior Eng Controlled Title to support the regional team on technical issues related to installation and commissioning projects.
• Engineering leader during commissioning and start up for gas reinjection units (Up to 350 barG). • Customer and HQ focal point for RCA investigations, CA implementations and FMEA development during site commissioning and start-up. • Technical liaison focal point between customer, site and Italy HQ to improve quality and reduce response time for all queries and lessons learned implementation.
