As the marketing manager for Paulin, a small independent watch brand from Glasgow, Scotland, I am completely in charge of all marketing and PR. This includes managing all social media channels, creating visually appealing videos and images, a brand identity, optimizing the website and other online presences through the use of SEO and analytical tools and creating and cultivating relationships with press, customers, retailers and everyone in between. Most recently, I have been managing the launch of Paulin's newest watch, the Neo, and promoting and assisting in the organization of in-store art exhibitions.
Working three full summer seasons in between academic university years, my strong interpersonal skills led me to thrive in this restaurant environment. A keyholder for the safe and fully proficient in front of house, the POS system and the wireless ordering system, I used my complete knowledge of the menu and leadership skills to stay on top of the situation at all times and delegate responsibilities to other teammates while providing guests with a first class experience.
