Recently, I developed a Python-based automation workflow for the Formlabs ecosystem that automatically batches dental aligner models into production-ready build platforms for the Form 3 and Form Auto using the PreForm API. The system handles automatic model importing, live positioning using bounding-box calculations, overlap prevention, patient labeling, and exporting completed print files — turning a repetitive manual production process into a scalable automated workflow.
