Alexander M. Chudnoff is a Vice Chairman in Jones Lang LaSalle’s (“JLL”) New York office. An aggressive and skilled negotiator, Mr. Chudnoff currently focuses primarily on tenant representation throughout the New York Tri-state Region, but has the resources to fulfill client requirements, including owner representation, across the globe through JLL’s worldwide platform. Mr. Chudnoff specializes in the real estate needs of financial services, technology and consumer products organizations, although he has developed long-term relationships with corporations across the industry spectrum over the course of his career. He, alongside with his partners, Mitchell Konsker, Paul Glickman and Matthew Astrachan joined JLL in 2011 from Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Chudnoff is a real estate professional and has been in the real estate industry for more than 21 years and has completed over 500 transactions totaling in excess of 15 million s.f. of space. Mr. Chudnoff has been instrumental in negotiating many of Manhattan’s most complex real estate transactions within the financial services/ asset management class/ industry. He is recognized for his expertise in the representation of tenants on both a local and national level. Mr. Chudnoff provides a broad scope of services including acquisitions, depositions, headquarters transactions, leasing advisory, national corporate representation, strategic advisory and implementation, and global portfolio advisory. Mr. Chudnoff earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University. He is a member of REBNY and is involved in many charitable and philanthropic foundations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, The Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis, Challenged Athlete’s Foundation & St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. He has acted as a resource on real estate to The New York Times, Crain’s New York Business, The Commercial Observer, Wall Street Journal, New York Post, & NY 1.
