This included identifying and pursuing local business development opportunities, developing the day-to-day business operations, and communicating our capabilities to client executives. • Operational Strategy Optimization - global insurance company: Aided in the creation, deployment and integration of a policy-issuance predictive model for the company’s divisional operations. Redefined their operating strategy and crafted roll-out plan to deploy the model to the client’s remaining departments. • Merger & Acquisition Assessment – leading financial planning company: Created strategic assessment framework outlining 5 avenues for acquiring and absorbing a market competitor. • Fraud Detection Analytics – Managed the planning, development, and approval process for a new financial fraud detection service offering and analytics tool. This tool serves as one of Deloitte’s flagship financial tools globally. • Business Process Redefinition and Global Platform Client Migration – top U.S. bank: Assessed the business and technological capabilities of a client’s internal asset servicing operations. Developed individual client risk models in order to transition customers from a domestic to global banking platform.
