1. Leasing: - Group Leasing for the VIA Outlets portfolio (currently 11 assets) - Show space to tenants, negotiate retail and food and beverage lease terms and close deals. - Coordinate activities of the leasing team - Oversee the documentation of all deals. - Assist with the shop-fitting process to build long-term relationships. 2. Marketing: - Help create and implement a new strategy to increase footfall working with third party marketing and tourism consultants. - Test new initiatives and measure their success. - Develop new external relationships to promote Festival Park. - Manage the marketing budget to reposition the property. 3. Retail Management - Establish strong relationships with shop managers to improve turnover. - Help shop managers deliver excellent experience and service for all customers. - Trainings - Improve the environment with special events and promotions. - Promote Festival Park within the Mallorca community. 4. Facilities Management: - Work with the local team to improve the asset. 5. Asset Management: - Assist in developing operating and financial projections and plans for the project. - Budget Management - Business Plan

- Responsible for the running and development of the Hermès boutiques in Spain and Portugal - Responsible for the organization and coordination of events/courses/seminars in the boutiques of Hermès Ibérica - Responsible for the stock management of all the boutiques in Hermès Ibérica - Follow-up of the running of the different departments within every Hermès boutique and direct decision over the actions that need to be taken - Direct decision over the Visual Merchandising of the Stores - Direct decision over the buyings of the stores - Other tasks: • Responsible “Heres Project” – New IT system for Stores and HeadOffice • Responsible “Pegasus Project” – new automatic replenishment system in order to avoid shortages of NOS-products • Responsible for the launching of the e-commerce project • Development and presentation of multiple incentive/bonus proposals for the sales teams
- Responsible for the distribution of both brands in the Spanish market - Decision over openings and closings of customers - Setting up of the showrooms - Responsibility of the selling of the collections during the sales seasons - Direct contact with big major accounts (El Corte Inglés, Franchisers, Customers with several POS, etc…) - Influence in the tendency and design of the collections (together with the creative department) - Developing of commercial proposals for customers - Commercial trips for combing the market in order to analyze the market and evaluate the current position of the brand - Marketing tasks (development of catalogues for customers; compilation and communication of contests among customers; market researches; etc…)
