As a dedicated employee I have been promoted to an Associate position, maintaining my role in operations and adding a variety of other challenges to my experience. In the extended absence of my team leader, I was chosen to take over his role, delegating work and assuring the completion of the daily/long term goals that we have chosen to meet the demands of our upper management and CEO. I have maintained a high moral within my team through difficult circumstances and company policy changes. In order to lead by example I have worked as hard as I have demanded and have focused on coaching my team in the specific areas that they need to improve on. On top of this I have taken on additional work, assisting our recruitment team to expand our employee base to meet the growing demand of our clientele. Working side by side with both teams allowed me to fill in gaps that were missing in each department. I helped optimize our hiring process based on my operational experience and focused on personalizing the onboarding for our agents, creating a more effective transfer into their roles and reducing potential turn over.
