18 monatiges Traineeprogramm mit Fokussierung auf das Produktmanagement. Eigenverantwortliche Teilprojekte aus dem Bereich Produktmanagement - darüber hinaus zeitweise Entsendung in Schnittstellenabteilungen wie Kalkulation, Produktionsplanung, Qualität, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Entwicklung - zudem mehrmonatiger Auslandsaufenthalt zur Unterstützung des Projektmanagements am Standort in Shanghai, China. Zudem Übernahme des Cooperation Managements der KOSTAL Gruppe ab Juni 2018
