I am a consultant and quality SME in pharma operations and R&D. I'm currently an Engagement Manager at Syneos Health, helping life science clients realize value through transformations in R&D, quality, and clinical operations. Previously, I was a senior manager in PwC's operations transformation practice, where I led client engagements in supply chain, operations, and quality in the pharma and life science industries. My clients ranged from global pharmaceutical companies to small PE-backed manufacturers. My engagements included large-scale process transformations, vendor selection, operational due diligence, and more complex operational transformations. I started my career in the Navy as a submarine officer, where I led divisions of sailors as well as ship-wide programs, including quality assurance. I served three years on an operational submarine, completing two deployments, and in a submarine new-construction environment. After my time in the Navy, I worked as a quality engineer in R&D at Stryker before earning my MBA at the University of Michigan. I am passionate about managing teams and working closely with clients and partners to solve operational problems. I have extensive experience in quality and have led engagements in QMS transformations and eQMS implementations.
