I’m the Founder & CEO of Boostfeel Loyalty, a digital loyalty and customer engagement platform for cafés, restaurants, coffee shops, and other SMB businesses in the food & beverage industry. For the last 7 years, I have been focused on loyalty systems for F&B businesses — helping them move from paper cards, disconnected promotions, and generic mass messaging to structured digital loyalty, CRM, segmentation, and measurable customer retention. Boostfeel Loyalty was founded in 2021 with a clear goal: to make loyalty programs easier to launch, easier to manage, and more useful for both businesses and their customers. Today, more than 1 million loyalty cards have been installed through our platform. Our product connects loyalty mechanics, Apple Wallet / Google Wallet cards, customer data, marketing campaigns, and POS integrations into one system. We work with cafés, restaurants, coffee chains, fast food concepts, and similar businesses that want to increase repeat visits and build stronger customer relationships. Boostfeel is a resident of Biruni Technopark and has been recognized as an innovative technology project by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology. We are also building integrations with POS systems such as Clover, Simpra, Adisyo, Syrve, Poster, MODPOS, and others. I’m especially interested in partnerships with POS systems, marketing agencies, and companies working with SMB food & beverage businesses. My focus is simple: building practical loyalty technology that helps local businesses communicate with customers more effectively — without spam, noise, or unnecessary complexity.
