Responsibilities include process and plant safety, employee health and safety, incident management, external and internal regulatory compliance, monitoring of efficiency & availability, production process improvements, project management (e.g. cost savings, performance improvements, investments) and coordination, training and education of shift personnel.
Chemical process development for agrochemicals and industrialization project management for a pipeline compound. Leading and developing a laboratory team. Advancing laboratory digitalization. Responsibility for work safety in the lab space.
Early & late phase agrochemical research in Pest Control and Disease Control. Collaborative research with the Pharmaceuticals Division and former Bayer Animal Health.
