I graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration, complemented by minors in Environment & Sustainability and Inequality Studies. My career spans the private and public sectors, strategy consulting, financial services, startups, food and beverage, and small businesses—giving me a broad perspective on how organizations operate and the levers that drive meaningful change. I’m particularly focused on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, with a passion for advancing sustainability, equity, and ethical leadership across industries in a way that drives value for all stakeholders. I bring strong communication skills, thoughtful analysis, a collaborative approach, and strategic thinking in ESG. With experience in consulting as well as philanthropy and fundraising, I focus on advancing mission-driven initiatives and aligning ESG strategy with practical, high-impact outcomes. I aim to integrate my interdisciplinary academic background and cross-sector experience to help organizations build long-term value through responsible and forward-thinking practices.

Contributed to the growth, improvement, and implementation of the Hawaiʻi Green Business Program(HGBP), an initiative executed by the Hawaiʻi State Energy Office and the Department of Health. Responsibilities included performing site audits to verify compliance with the HGBP's criterion, recruiting new businesses to participate in the HGBP certification process, and furthering the integration of environmental justice into the HGBP. The primary work done throughout this internship was investigating social responsibility and environmental equity across frameworks such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the Global Sustainable Tourism Council's Destination Criteria. Through a combination of research, analysis, and the triangulation of the aforementioned programs, actionable conclusions were delineated for the future improvement of Hawaii's Green Business Program.
