Worked in a traditional French brigade system as a Chef De Partie for one of Boston's most prestigious restaurants, Menton, with a goal of gaining the skills and knowledge required to have an intimate and detailed understanding of how professional kitchens operate and function.
Design team member involved in large scale projects out of the New York City studio. Projects include: One Journal Square, 29 Victoria Ct, Wuhan Tower, and Sydney Tech Headquarters proposal. Worked closely with David Brown, and the rest of the design leadership in order to develop complex projects through extensive forms of research, experimentation, and problem solving exercises. Experience involved design, technical consultation, client meetings and preparation of client related documents and presentations, model building, 3D printing, presentation rendering, 3d modeling, exhibition preparation, & parametric modeling.
Design team member involved in numerous projects that vary in scope, typology, and complexity, Helped lead design in Latin American Art Museum; design & technical involvement (with Foster & Partners and ARUP) on NAICM (Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México), design St Petersburg Pier & Rosatom Atomic Pavilion. Worked closely with Fernando Romero, Sergio Rebelo, and the rest of the design leadership in order to develop complex projects through extensive forms of research, experimentation, and problem solving exercises. Architectural assistant/Junior Architect responsible for design collaboration, BIM/revit modeling, 3D modeling and parametric modeling, CAD drafting, interdisciplinary coordination, construction documents, graphic presentations, submittals, model building, and visualization. Primarily working with the Nagis/Smith Studio on Wujiang Greenland Tower, one of SOM's most acclaimed and complex projects. Involvement from 50% Design development to 100% Construction documents. Served as primary BIM modeler, conceptual modeling/rendering, assistance with interdisciplinary coordination.
