As a Product Manager within EDQ I am responsible for the Core Address Cleansing portfolio. Customers use our products to ensure their data is of high quality and are able to enrich their data to gain greater market and customer insight. My role includes -Accountability for the success and growth of the global address cleansing portfolio of Apps and APIs. (SaaS and On-Premise) -Creating and executing the product line strategy. -Market & customer/user problem SME. -Responsibility for identifying and acting upon specific market & user opportunities through qualitative and quantitative data. -Working with multiple scrum & design teams to deliver value to customers. -Maintenance of strategic documentation, roadmaps and prioritisation of product backlogs. -Aligning stakeholders in UK&I, APAC, NA, EMEA to take Global releases to market and working to ensure they succeed, while gaining feedback. -Mentor a Product Owner, oversee progress and support.

Within my role as a Portfolio Executive I have worked closely with a range of stakeholders to: -Prioritise projects and schedule them into a delivery plan. -Amend the delivery plan based on changing requirements and business needs. -Contribute to the project management of a number of different projects and deliveries. -Organise, capture and present business-wide Management Information to senior leadership and other stakeholders. This involves consistently communicating with the relevant teams to obtain to correct information to update the status of projects. -Implement and enforce new project management processes and provide support to colleagues undertaking this process, as well as hosting sessions with senior leadership to provide approval on projects. -Manage and improve the existing project management processes and documentation. -Work closely with the Information Security team to ensure sign off on projects. -Provide support on a range of queries from stakeholders such as; sales, product, delivery partners. -Track and create processes in regards to User Access to adhere to FCA regulation.
Created a marketing business giving students bespoke offers, as well as content and information, while generating value for local businesses. Grew to distribute 25,000 magazines per university term with significant conversion. Partnered with around 100 local businesses.
