Commercial lead for the £10m p.a. Small Tools plant hire business, £7m p.a. Seasonal Treatment business unit and high speed rail maintenance contract.
Commercial management of several contract packages of Kings Cross Station redevelopment, including refurbishment of the Grade 1 listed office buildings and the strengthening and repair of the steelwork ribs to the main train shed. I was also commercially responsible for a portfolio of projects including the refurbishment of the retail areas of Waterloo station, a road-bridge strengthening project and a new £50 multi-use development in Basingstoke.
Seconded as a Senior Quantity Surveyor to resolve the more complex issues surrounding three large subcontract packages on the Kings Cross station redevelopment main train shed works.
