Main responsibilities: - Producer of live weekend radio aired nationally on analogue and digital radio - On air presenting and hosting of live sporting events - Talkback radio producing - Working with a small team to assist and oversee the production and running of ABC's only sport-dedicated digital radio station, ABC Grandstand Digital - Create program run-downs as well as source and organise interviews and guests for on-air programming - Conduct regular weekly sport reports and live radio crosses to regional and metro ABC stations - Produce specialised programs for Grandstand Digital and ABC Local Radio on an array of sports including cricket, EPL, rugby league, triathlon as well a weekly panel hour featuring past and present athletes, administrators and sports journalists - Assist with the logistical management of Grandstand, including scheduling of live sport (co-ordinating as many six sports simultaneously across multiple platforms in eight states and territories), co-ordinating line bookings and personnel and ensuring the Grandstand auto-machine player is loaded with 24-hour alternative standby programs - Post updates, photos, links and audio to Grandstand’s social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Soundcloud - Also worked as a TV editor and producer for Grandstand TV creating overlay, RVOs and written scripts for broadcast on the ABC's 24-hour dedicated news channel, ABC News24
