In recent years I have used my transferable skills to gain work in the welfare to work sector and now moving on to the apprenticeship sector. I am highly motivated and driven by success, committed to always doing above and beyond what is expected to ensure all aspects of my role are fulfilled to a high standard. Communicating professionally with employers up to Director Level, To gain the relationship and company vacancies to ensure our long tern unemployed back into the work force. Working with senior decision makers in organisations to secure vacancies, explaining competently the complex educational qualifications we deliver via our qualified training teams. Identifying appropriate candidates and offer coaching and support as they progress with the career journey, from application stage. Cover two officers, with 12 advisors which i help and support on a daily basis. Target driven role which i am currently exceeding month on month. Deliver worksops and hold Job Searches weekly. Manage employer expectations and maintain relationships. Gain new empolyer meetings on a weekly basis
