Lead the commercial partnerships function across Move iQ’s portfolio, developing strategic relationships that connect leading brands with engaged audiences through podcasts, video, digital content and integrated media campaigns. Key Responsibilities & Achievements * Lead the development and delivery of commercial partnership strategies across podcast, video, digital content and sponsorship. * Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, founders and senior marketing leaders to identify commercial opportunities and develop long-term strategic partnerships. * Create bespoke commercial proposals, negotiate partnership agreements and oversee campaigns that deliver value for both partners and audiences. * Collaborate with content, production and marketing teams to deliver integrated, audience-first campaigns across multiple media channels. * Represent the commercial function internally and externally, helping shape partnership strategy and identify new revenue opportunities. * Move iQ reaches over 6 million annual consumer interactions, including 1 million+ annual podcast downloads, providing partners with access to highly engaged audiences. * Developed partnerships with organisations including Propertymark, Audley Group, Napthens, Taylor Rose and Vibrant Energy Matters
