I’m an experienced music and events professional managing close to 7000 events over the past 12 years working across live music, exhibitions, artist management, A&R, and marketing. I’ve built a career around delivering high-quality live experiences, managing teams, and supporting artists from grassroots to international level. Currently, I manage a busy live music venue where I lead a team of 15+ across bar, floor, and technical departments. I act as duty manager during high-capacity events, looking after everything from artist load-ins and show management to crowd safety and closing procedures. I take pride in maintaining a high standard of customer experience and staff wellbeing, while ensuring the venue runs safely, smoothly, and in line with all licensing and health & safety regulations. Before this, I spent several years as Operations & Booking Manager at a 600-capacity venue, overseeing everything from event planning and budgeting to team leadership, artist bookings, and promotional strategy. I’ve also worked in label management and A&R, successfully running my own record label and supporting artists through release campaigns, showcases, and funding applications.
