I led complex compute infrastructure projects across AI, HPC, and telco sectors, managing programs from scoping and POC through design validation and deployment. This included NPI oversight, thermal and mechanical validation, and coordination across engineering, procurement, and operations. I supported high-density GPU clusters, liquid-cooled systems, and ruggedized enclosures, while driving clear project structures, faster issue resolution, and tighter cross-functional alignment.
