Event Support - Floor Manager for the Forbes Global CEO Conference held in Sydney in 2010. This role included managing 6 hostesses, Stage Management, Client Liaison and coordination of room turnover from Conference to Banquet in 25 mins for 42 tables. - Site Management for Qantas 90th Birthday Celebrations at Sydney Airport involving 12,000 guests. Event logistics and infrastructure, coordination of stallholders and on day assistance of the Event Managers. Other Events included; Gala Dinners, AGM and Internal events for Qantas, Conferences and Live activations. The role also encompassed technical and logistical support for other teams within Podium.
