Helped formulate stochastic models for the U.S. Embassy in Jamaica to better manage their large number of visa applicants. Made staffing and scheduling recommendations based on a simulation model developed in ARENA. Co-authored a State Department Cable outlining the modeling techniques used in Jamaica and how those techniques could be used in consular services worldwide.
