In charge of 2 nos. of High Rise Condominiums known as Gen Rise & Gen Sphere in JBCC involving authority approval to APDL (Approved Permit & Developer License) & managed to meet the Launching Date set by top management, which is record breaking for these 2 projects in term of obtaining all the authority approval within few months. Both projects received overwhelming response and fully sold out in less than 2 hours during first day of launching. Experienced Senior Project Architect & Project Manager in cinema category from design (schematic design to design development stage) to contract implementation and project management stage till completion and opening of cinema. Delivered parcels to customers by planning the route based on location assigned to Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, and to search drop off point which could not found at Waze. Picked up skills on time management to complete minimum daily quota of 80 parcels and above. This job also helped to enhance communication skills and patience dealing with customers and responsibility to ensure customers received their parcels in good condition even though some customers would request me to deliver to their doorstep, made return trip and waiting time for customers to turn up to collect their parcels as customer satisfaction is always the top priority.
