About

As the lead engineer and manager of the Technical Sales Team at UK Exchangers Ltd, I am dedicated to ensuring we provide an exceptional customer service. By combining our deep technical understanding of our heat exchange products with our fast responses and lead time we have become a leader in the UK market. It's easy selling a good product, what can be harder is making sure you get the right product in the customers hands. I achieve this through customer engagement and strong technical knowledge of the market and your applications. This is a passion I share with my team to make sure we bring our experience to bridge the gap between application and solution, so that a customer walks away not only happy but a little more knowledgeable as well.

  • Recreational Assistant at Bedford High Sports and Performing Arts Centre
    Oct 2007 - Nov 2011 · 4 yrs 2 mos

I worked as a recreational assistant at my local sports centre. Duties included lifeguarding, setting up for exercise classes, cleaning and briefly working in reception. In February 2009 I obtained my Level 1 coaching qualification and became a swimming assistant for the Saturday morning swim school, School of Fish, including giving one to one lessons. During School holidays I have helped run a holiday course for children aged 5-13, revolved around arts and crafts, sports and swimming. This work involved being in a position of trust and responsibility within a team of trained professionals, often acting as a senior member of staff. Monthly training was required and as such I have learnt the value of keeping up-to-date on current practises and developing my own knowledge.
