I am a father of two, and hold an American, Australian, and British passports. Professional playing career spanning 10 years and 3 continents.
Implemented a complete restructure of the program, training venue, and playing style. My role includes hiring of staff, recruitment, football style, training methodology, and daily management of the entire program. Responsible for performance and coordination of all departments including Football, High Performance, Physio, Recruitment, Video Analysis, and Staff. High value development of multiple players leading to National Team selection at both youth and senior level. -Led the program to the finals for the first time in 5 years and first finals win in 12. -2 club record transfer fees in 2 seasons. -All time longest serving Roar ALW Head Coach. -3 x ALW Coach of the Month
Responsible for complete oversight and operations of the entire Women’s Program. As 1st team Head Coach, I am responsible for building training sessions to implement the methodology, recruitment, budget management, and coach education. Progressed 3 players to professional contracts and increased player numbers by 400%. 2022 FQPLW League Champions. Successful promotion into the NPLW. Undefeated season. 2022 Coach of the Year.
