At Nike, I took on a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales, with added responsibilities in the specific zones I was assigned to. I guided customers in finding the right products, educated them on the latest Nike innovations, and assisted with size and fit selection. Additionally, I managed inventory, restocked merchandise, and ensured my zones were always well-organized and presentable. My commitment and performance led to multiple Employee of the Month awards.
As a Basketball Head Coach for U13 and U17 teams, I focus on developing young athletes’ skills, teamwork, and passion for the game. With a strong emphasis on individual growth and strategic play, I aim to build a foundation of success both on and off the court, helping players reach their full potential.
