The App was released to the field over 3 tranches with a set of communications, training packages and login details leading up to each go live date. Put in place a weekly field locker optimisation task within my team, the result of which has lead to approx yearly saving of £264,238 in 2024 alone and resulting in a more efficient locker network system. In 2024, 595 pallets of equipment held at our third party warehouse either pushed to the field, disposed or gifted to local charities upon review in line with objective to drive down storage costs. This reduction approximately equated to £112,931 worth of savings per year.
