After finishing my college education I took a double gap year. It was during this time that I realised my joy from designing things. This led to me enrolling at Coventry University and after a few years of hard study and a 3month work placement I was able to graduate with a 1st in BEng Civil Engineering. Currently working as a highways engineer at Telford and Wrekin Council
Structural engineer designing housing and multi-storey apartment complexes. This included designing piled and strip foundations, steel beams, lintels and checking compliances with building regulations.
