I manage the day to day business of the Industrial Ingredient Division of C. B. Powel Ltd. I also manage the divisions relationships between our suppliers/principles from around the world and customers from accross Canada Powell May International is the National Ingredient brokerage arm of C B Powell Ltd. I am responsible for National Ingredient Sales. Powell May International represents some of the biggest names in Dried Fruit & Nuts, seasonings, edible oils, canned vegetables and olives, fresh, frozen and dried fruit from around the world. We are Canada's ingredient experts, servicing between 95-98% of the industry in some way shape or form. We look to continue to grow as a family business in Canada and continue to be one of Canada's top suppliers of ingredients.

I was the Key Account Manager for TARGET Canada at C B Powell Ltd. I begun calling on TARGET Canada when they started here in Canada. I represented a number of C B Powell and B&G Foods Canada brands.
I managed Angostura Bitters, Tate & Lyle and House of Tsang nationally. I managed the day to day operations of these brands which included; forecasting, budgeting, and researching the industry and customer trends via Nielson Data. I created innovative marketing programs that helped grow those brands. I have dealt with nationwide shortages, new package design, new product entry, sponsorships, 2012 Canadian marketing planning, national recall, introduction of new businesses, website designing problem solving on a daily basis.
