• Started a medical practice offering health maintenance services for English and Spanish speaking patients from young adult to geriatric following a Direct Primary Care model. • Caring for patient’s chronic conditions, medical reconciliation, and usual procedures performed in and ambulatory setting while following MRA and HEDIS best practices in the eClinicalWorks EMR.
• Trusted to perform high-risk First Dose Observations (FDOs) in the patient’s home when converting from a previous Multiple Sclerosis medication to novel therapeutics. • Initial assessment through EKG and clinical exam, then monitoring for adverse events.

• Solo practitioner for an ambulatory care clinic providing health maintenance services for a large panel of English and Spanish speaking patients from young adult to geriatric • Caring for patient’s chronic conditions, medical reconciliation, and usual procedures performed in an ambulatory setting while following MRA and HEDIS best practices. • Assisted with transitioning the practice from paper charts to an EMR currently going live at other clinics in a 52 clinic organization.
• Conducted In-Home History & Physical exams and medical reconciliation for patients and their primary care physicians in Florida, Michigan, West Virginia and California. • Preparing and submitting documentation for reimbursement by contracted 3rd party payors, including Medicare and Medicaid.
