My responsibilities included: designing and executing novel restaurant models for Blue Hill’s service operations, including Chef-in-Residence at Stone Barns; managing agricultural and culinary R&D alongside the directors of Stone Barns (nonprofit partners); developing in-store marketing strategy and researching product extension lines for Row 7 Seeds (Blue Hill's sister company); and leading Stone Barns fundraising team, raising $2M+ in 2023 and $4M+ in 2024 across private donors, foundations and grants.
Swayable is an early stage start-up that measures how effectively media content sways opinion. I analyzed statistical data, translated results for non-technical clients and advised on media spending. Clients included RB Global and Amazon. We achieved negative churn and drove a 33% increase in average revenue across 30+ accounts.
I managed a team of 12 TAs and graders to instruct Earth Systems 10, Stanford's introductory earth science course, with record enrollment of 230 students.
