Currently I am working with a respected global broadcast company in West London as the Resource Manager for their Production arm. I have many years of end to end resource management including but not limited to scope and planning, internal project crewing, freelance crewing and management, broadcast kit hire and the logistics, transmission feed and deliverable management, cost tracking and budgeting and analytic reporting. Additionally I have also successfully line managed a variety of teams across the business co currently including our Runners, Sound Operatives and Front of House. Working in the broadcast industry is highly rewarding and I would recommend the sector to anybody. You are constantly surrounded by a wealth of talented and interesting people and given the opportunity to build a versatile skill set in a fast moving and frequently surprising environment.
