About

Alex More is an Educational Consultant specialising in the safe and ethical implementation of AI at scale in schools. With a background as a senior leader and Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) director, Alex brings over two decades of experience driving innovation in teaching, curriculum design, and professional development. He works with schools, MATs, and global education organisations to develop strategic, future-focused CPD programmes that embed AI, STEM, and digital literacy into the heart of teaching and learning. He has authored several AI courses for teachers and leaders, including STEM Learning's Unlocking AI and Ethics of AI, and is currently authoring resources for Amazon and Voice 21 in the AI and oracy space. As a trusted voice in education, Alex delivers keynote talks and leads initiatives that bridge the gap between classrooms and industry, helping educators harness emerging technologies in practical, student-centred ways. Alex is part of the Oxford University AIEOU community and works alongside sponsors and stakeholders on projects focused on equity, sustainability, and child agency. His award-winning ‘Future Classroom’ project was named one of the Top 100 Global Innovations in 2023, celebrated for reimagining how technology and pedagogy intersect. He is currently completing an EdD at Bath University, exploring the intersection of AI, sustainable education, and social justice. Alex has work published by Taylor & Francis and writes for a number of educational organisations. Alex works in an advisory role with several organisations, AI and STEM providers that include STEM Learning, TeachMateAI, and Good Future Foundation and RISE SW Digital Skills & AI Hub. Alex is co-Director of the Future Classroom Foundation. He works with schools and MATS globally to deliver AI leadership and teacher training. Alex has led teams to organise education events for over 50k educators. His work is global and includes speaker recruitment, workshop creation and event management from concept to completion.
