Nordic Water Products. Implementation of water treatment solutions: - Project management: previous engineering to adapt the machine to the customer's requirements, coordination with the factories in Sweden to meet delivery deadlines, coordination with logistics to deliver the goods to the customer's site, coordination with the external suppliers for the machine components, supervision of the machine assembly on-site, start-up of the machine on-site, training of personnel at the customer's facilities... - Start-up and on-site monitoring of pilot plants to prove to our customers that our technology is suitable for their needs. - During the first two years, I also acted as an Aftermarket Product Manager: preparation of service quotations and on-site maintenance supervision.
Territory Operations Support. Technical Office: - Management of projects related to the sectorisation of drinking water distribution networks. Through weekly field work to optimise and identify the areas where the greatest water losses occur. - Preparation of technical documentation (technical studies, drawings, economic studies, construction regulations, management of generated waste…) for the construction and industrial maintenance of water networks. - Coordination with public administrations. These projects are developed in the municipalities of the Barcelona Metropolitan Area where the company manages the networks.
Building and Urban Planning Department. Projects for the construction of industrial buildings: - Preparation of technical reports (urban planning, technical studies, economic studies, building regulations, fire prevention regulations, management of generated waste…). - 2D delineation using AutoCAD drawing software (drawings of location, architecture, topographical, prefabricated concrete structure, metal structure, sanitation, installations, fire prevention, safety and health...). - Support to the construction management through site visits, to guarantee that the roadmap marked by the technical reports and the drawings are followed.
Operations Strategy Direction. Management of operational information and reporting: - Processing and analysis of operational information using MicroStrategy software. That allows you to collect data on a daily basis and analyse it through very intuitive graphs and KPI's. - Preparation of technical reports with the most relevant data (drinking water distribution, energy consumption, energy generated…) of the plants managed by the company. To present them to the Operations Strategy Direction. - Support to the company's facilities, both in Spain and South America, with incidents related to reporting tools.
Football academy: - Coach of U7 and U11 categories, for three seasons (September-June). - Monitor at the summer campus for children aged 7 to 15, for three summers (July-August).
