I am a Waste & Resource Management specialist at WSP, advising governments, municipalities and international organisations across the UK, EU and Middle East on waste systems, circular economy strategy and environmental policy. My experience spans regulatory design, strategy development, infrastructure planning, institutional reform, KPI frameworks and investment prioritisation. I am a PRINCE 2 qualified Project Manager and Director providing key support to Ricardo's international solid waste projects from my base in Spain. Our core focus is the Middle East, in particular KSA and the UAE. I work closely with Ricardo's multidisciplinary technical teams to deliver holistic and realistic solutions for new and existing developments.
My main focus was the development of waste management strategies and feasibility studies for all types of developments. I excel at developing an integrated approach to waste management that is technically and commercially feasible as well as being realistic and relevant to the local conditions. September 2020 I developed the sitewide solid waste management strategy for MiSK City who are based in Riyadh.
I developed the solid waste management strategy for new mixed use development in Riyadh. The strategy covered all aspects of solid waste from forecasting, reduction, collection and treatment.
