About

As a Technical Sales Representative at the Centre for Industrial Rheology, I support pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer health companies through advanced material characterisation. I work with R&D, formulation and manufacturing teams to better understand material behaviour such as viscosity and viscoelasticity, friction and lubricity, interfacial behaviour, powder flow, micro-rheology and colloidal stability; helping clients de-risk development, optimise performance and solve complex formulation challenges more efficiently and cost-effectively than building the capacity in-house. My background is in diagnostic assay development, giving me a strong technical foundation in my commercial role. At ANGLE plc, I developed and optimised immunofluorescence and FISH-based downstream assays for circulating tumour cell detection, whilst also managing the cell culture laboratory, overseeing the supply of cancer cell lines across multiple teams. I delivered technical training and troubleshooting support to partner laboratories, ensuring robust and reproducible workflows. This combination of hands-on scientific experience and customer-facing commercial responsibility allows me to translate complex technical problems into practical testing strategies and communicate clearly with both scientists and business stakeholders. I’m always open to connecting with professionals working in formulation, materials science, medical devices and pharmaceutical development, whether you're tackling a current technical challenge or looking to proactively strengthen your development strategy.
