Over the past 14 years, I’ve worked in various operations, strategy, and sales roles, building systems that support better communication, smoother workflows, and more informed decision-making. I’ve led CRM implementations, built dashboards to help teams plan their time effectively, and created toolkits that eliminate the guesswork from complex projects. In this role, I lead sales growth and brand development for Danhattan’s ready-to-drink cocktail portfolio. I work closely with distribution partners, retail, and on-premise accounts to build brand awareness, secure placements, and drive velocity. The role blends relationship-driven sales, data-informed strategy, and hands-on brand representation. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute market specific sales plans informed data and performance insights • Analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities and prioritize key accounts • Partner with distributor teams through ride-alongs, trainings, and in-market support • Build and maintain strong relationships with on-premise and agency accounts • Manage OHLQ related coordination and relationships to support product placement, promotions, and overall market execution • Lead tastings, events, and activations to drive brand awareness • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing at industry and consumer events • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales, marketing, and brand initiatives
In this role, I supported events, tours, and on-site experiences as a public-facing representative for one of Ohio’s award-winning craft distilleries. I combined product knowledge and storytelling with a systems-focused mindset to create engaging, memorable guest experiences that connect people to the High Bank brand. Beyond hospitality and education, I analyzed sales data to identify growth opportunities and used those insights to help build sales plans. I also supported bottling and production operations, gaining hands-on exposure to the distillery’s supply chain.
I helped teams work more effectively by building the tools and processes that make planning, collaboration, and communication easier. A big part of my focus was improving how internal teams deliver value to external clients so that the behind-the-scenes work resulted in a better, more consistent customer experience. MY IMPACT: I supported 17 departments with consistent planning models and built scalable materials that improved client onboarding and internal coordination. HIGHLIGHTS: • Created go-to-market kits with messaging guides, onboarding templates, service menus, and launch emails, all designed to help teams communicate clearly and consistently • Designed Excel based tools and Power BI dashboards to help leadership visualize capacity, timelines, and project priorities • Worked closely with the analytics team to ensure dashboards supported collaboration and team readiness • Built a pricing calculator used in 35 client proposals to help ensure financial sustainability • Developed SOPs and templates to guide quarterly reviews and cross department planning • Helped shape a framework (PRIME model) that teams use to prioritize and roll out initiatives more effectively
In this role with the OSU Health Plan, I focused on improving the organization’s operational efficiency, from the systems people use daily to the way departments plan and collaborate. Much of this work centered on enhancing client and partner experiences by refining the tools and workflows that support them. MY IMPACT: I helped lay the foundation for scalable onboarding, stronger external partnerships, and a more connected CRM ecosystem. HIGHLIGHTS: • Managed the selection and rollout process for a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including vendor RFPs and scoring • Created easy to follow internal guides to help staff adopt new systems and reduce confusion in client facing roles • Analyzed workflows across 8 departments to standardize how projects and handoffs were managed • Built a financial forecast that supported a successful board pitch for market expansion • Created asset tracking tools to better manage 450K in equipment • Led a Six Sigma initiative that boosted customer feedback by 600 percent, helping teams respond more effectively to client needs
This was a hands on role where I oversaw daily operations for three dental clinics. I coordinated staff and residents, worked closely with patients, and helped improve systems from scheduling to communication. It’s where I first saw how improving internal processes could directly enhance the experience people have, whether they’re patients, staff, or students. MY IMPACT: I simplified operations, reduced costs, and implemented processes that are still in use today. HIGHLIGHTS: • Led the rollout of a new electronic health record system and created HIPAA compliant forms and guides for onboarding • Redesigned the patient intake process, reducing frustration and improving satisfaction by 10 percent • Centralized inventory processes and cut supply costs by 20 percent • Improved clinic scheduling and space use, which increased revenue by 18 percent • Organized staff events and supported a team culture of communication and collaboration
