I am the Co-Founder of Cirkel, a construction technology company focused on helping site teams manage work with more clarity, accountability and control. 🏗️ Cirkel started from a simple observation: construction projects do not only lose time and money because of major mistakes. They lose it through small issues that are not tracked properly, unclear ownership, delayed approvals, repeated checks and site information that becomes difficult to trust when pressure increases. Our goal is to build practical software for live construction environments. Not another layer of admin, but a system that helps teams see what needs to be done, who owns it and whether it has actually been resolved. 💡 My background is in civil engineering and real estate development. I studied at Politecnico di Torino before transferring to the University of Twente, where I developed a strong foundation in structural mechanics, water and traffic management, construction planning and technology commercialization. I also gained hands-on experience at Pafilia Developers in Cyprus, working on site coordination, stakeholder communication and construction planning. That experience shaped how I think about construction: not only as a technical industry, but as an operational one where clarity, timing and accountability directly affect project outcomes. My long-term focus is construction management, sustainable infrastructure, real estate development and the use of practical technology to improve how projects are delivered. 🌍 I am always open to connecting with people in construction, real estate, infrastructure and technology who are interested in building better ways of working in the industry. 🤝

Assisted in on-site supervision, quality control, and construction management for the Minthis Hills development project. Gained hands-on experience in structural inspections, material testing, and progress reporting, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Worked closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to coordinate site logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation. Developed technical skills in AutoCAD, construction documentation, and site surveying, while enhancing problem-solving and communication abilities in a fast-paced construction environment.
