I lead revenue-driven paid media strategy within regulated financial services. At National Debt Relief, I manage multi-million-dollar paid social investment across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and PMAX. In 2025, I directed $14M in paid social spend, generating approximately $156M in enrolled debt. I also led Paid Social to the largest single month in company history, driving approximately $24M in enrolled debt in January 2026. My work centers on aligning media performance with true business outcomes. I optimize toward enrolled debt and downstream revenue impact rather than surface-level lead volume. I partner closely with BI, Engineering, Compliance, and Creative to ensure performance scales responsibly within a highly regulated category. Previously, I scaled YouTube investment from approximately $200K per month to $1M per month while maintaining efficiency targets, establishing the channel as a durable growth lever at scale. I believe performance marketing should drive enterprise value, not just platform metrics.
