Ensuring building compliance and assurance for statutory and regulatory technical standards of 23 third party tenants ranging across a 33 acre site. Building, developing and ensuring a robust auditing process is in place for 3rd party tenants. Carrying out audit and inspections of sites and contractors on site. Carrying out Fire safety inspections. Reporting finding from audits and inspections to director level and implementation process to follow. Provide compliance and technical input into CAPEX projects. Carry out investigations into compliance breaches and undertake root cause analysis where appropriate. Support and provide input to asset Health and Safety and Business resilience governance programs. Maintain property compliance registers and processes for fire safety, life safety and structural inspections. Engaging with stakeholders around the airport for effective collaboration and co-operation. Centralising systems of work processes to make obtain information easier and ensure the same processes are being used throughout the business.
