Role Overview This independent contractor (1099) role focuses on evaluating and refining conversational AI models to optimize performance for various client projects. Due to the proprietary nature of the technology, strict confidentiality and compliance with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are required. Key Responsibilities Train AI systems: Label and annotate data to improve client-specific model accuracy. Evaluate model outputs: Review AI responses for accuracy, safety, and project alignment. Generate training content: Create high-quality prompts and responses based on strict guidelines. Identify system gaps: Detect logic errors, biases, and edge cases in outputs. Maintain strict confidentiality: Handle sensitive client data securely under explicit NDA compliance. Manage project timelines: Deliver high-quality work independently to meet rapid client deadlines.
